Add team members and give each a role. Roles control what people can see and do, and which menu items they get. Review roles under Settings.
Under Settings > Location & Geofencing you can switch on clock-in location checks and site alerts. Before using these with real staff, tell them what is collected, why, and how long it is kept, and get their consent. Location data is removed after the retention period you set.
Job and quote numbers, parts catalogue, custom fields and notification settings are all managed under Settings.
Admin accounts use two-factor sign-in. Keep the number of admins small.
