A job is one piece of work at a site. It moves through these stages: Requested (logged, no date), Booked (a date range is agreed), Scheduled (technician and day set), In progress and Completed. Open a job to add technicians, notes, photos, parts and a report.
Open Schedule and drag jobs onto a technician and day. Jobs waiting for a slot appear in the unscheduled list. Suggest schedule creates draft placements that spread work across technicians. Weekends are skipped unless you tick Include weekends. Nothing is booked until you accept a draft.
Create a quote with line items, send it, then mark it accepted. From an accepted quote you can create a job, and the quote contact becomes the job billing contact. Draft quotes can be deleted if created by mistake.
Set up a recurring service for a site and the next job is created automatically ahead of its due date. Jobs that are due soon but not yet scheduled appear on the dashboard so they are not missed.
